About Sarah Yao

Sarah joined Parman & Easterday in 2019 and serves as our Community Relations Director.

Professional EXPERIENCE

Prior to Parman & Easterday, Sarah worked as Director of Community and Assistant to the Pastor at Bridge of Hope Community Church in Kansas City, KS. There she was primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with other organizations and individuals to foster partnerships. She also organized events, developed programs and trained volunteers. She is looking forward to use her experience to better serve clients at Parman & Easterday

EDUCATION

She graduated Cum Laude from Truman State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and minor in Political Science. In 2017, she graduated in Class 31 of Leadership 2000, an organization designed to develop leaders in Wyandotte County.

PERSONAL profile

A native of Kansas City, Sarah enjoys visiting the numerous local museums and parks with her husband, Richard, as well as discovering a new dessert recipe to try. She and her husband welcome their son, Nathan, in March of 2023. Sarah is an active member in her local church.
